Howl at the Moon 5k Night Run

Time:    5K race 9:00 pm,  1 mile fun walk 9:00pm, & kids race starts at 8:45pm

Courses:  5k Night Run, fun walk and kids race will begin and end at Lakeview High School

Race Day Registration and Packet Pick up:  Will be held at Lakeview High School starting at 7pm.

Awards night for 5k Night Run:

Men's and Women's overall = 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place

Age Group Awards = 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place

Age brackets = 14 & under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 and older

Race Waiver for special event (release)

In consideration of the acceptance, I for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Cortland Rotary club.  The Lakeview Local School District, and all other sponsors of all claims, damages, demands and actions whatsoever in any manner arising out of my participation in said athletic event.  I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.  I understand that the race official reserve U1e right to disqualify and remove an entrant from the race whom they deem a potential hazard to themselves or others.
