Attention Coaches

Please provide a copy of this contract for your Athletic Director.
Print the form (provided after submission), complete and mail along with the payment to the address below.
Make checks payable to: Maplewood Running Rockets
Two payment options are offered for each race, Team or Individual. Only one option should be selected. Schools with fewer runners may select the individual option if it results in a lower fee. They can still participate as a team by selecting the individual option, however
A "B Team" can be entered in a varsity race for a $25 fee if enough starting boxes are available

Boys Varsity Team ($110) or Add up to 10 Individuals ($10 each)

Girls Varsity Team ($110) or Add up to 10 Individuals ($10 each)

Boys Middle School Team ($80) or Add up to 7 Individuals ($10 each)

Girls Middle School Team ($80) or Add up to 7 Individuals ($10 each)

Extra "B" Teams ($25 each)

School agrees to pay Maplewood Running Rockets the sum of $0

School also agrees that this sum shall cover all its claims by virtue of this contract, except as provided in Item 1 herein shall set forth:

Postponement cannot result in annulment except by mutual consent.
The constitution, bylaws and regulations of the Ohio High School Athletic Association and the Handbook for Officials are part of this contract.
The suspension of membership in the Ohio High School Athletic Association by either parties to this contract shall render this contract null and void.
